David Friedman

David Friedman is a Phoenix personal injury lawyer and associate attorney at Knapp & Roberts. As a licensed attorney in Arizona, Mr. Friedman has litigated catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in a variety of matters including medical negligence, nursing home abuse, auto collisions, trucking collisions, premises liability, and insurance bad faith.

In 2007, Mr. Friedman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Also undergoing his post-graduate studies at the University of Arizona, Mr. Friedman graduated magna cum laude from the James E. Rogers College of Law in 2012.
While a law student, Mr. Friedman was awarded the prestigious Richard R. Fish Memorial Scholarship for his best-in-class performance in the college’s legal writing program. Likewise, Mr. Friedman was consistently among the top-place finishers in a wide array of closing argument, moot court, and mock trial competitions. Meanwhile, Mr. Friedman interned at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s office and, later, worked at one of the most highly-regarded full-service law firms in Tucson.
